Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the web application development;
  • Strong familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • Solid understanding of the technologies and languages which power the web such as HTML 4/5, CSS 2/3 and JavaScript (including frameworks: jQuery, Bootstrap, any other)
  • Experience with: MySql, PHP
  • Experience with bootstrap framework
  • Knowledge and experience with responsive PSD to HTML – MUST
  • Knowledge and experience with HTML 5 – Advantage;
  • Familiarity with and other server-side JavaScript;
  • Good knowledge of cross browser, cross platform implementation techniques;
  • Ability to iterate prototypes quickly and switch between different projects in a fast paced environment;
  • Familiarity with bug tracking software (TRAC, JIRA, Mantis etc.);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Be thorough, have good attention to detail and display a high level of accuracy
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with graphic and instructional designers;
  • Designing, coding, testing, maintaining critical pieces of the company’s client-side and server-side software
  • Cutting PSD to responsive HTML for the company landing pages, newsletters and websites;
  • Translates designs and style guides provided by the design team into functional user interfaces, ensuring cross browser compatibility and performance;
  • Ensures design and user experience quality throughout the development process to launch;
  • Work closely with other software developers

Email Marketing Specialist

  • Work closely with content writers, designers and sales departments to build campaign strategy and execute sends.
  • Setup dynamic and automated email content logic for daily emails. Define technical and creative requirements.
  • Setup automated campaigns for customer journey touchpoints on multiple channels like email, SMS, web notifications.
  • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers, and reengaging active and inactive customers.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
